About Us
The Business Lounge is governed by the 'Chatham House Rule'
Make connections in an environment without the worry of being directly 'sold to'.

"When a meeting, or part hereof, is held under the Chatham House rule participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity, nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant can be revealed"
The Business Lounge is a think tank, a debating society and a club where business owners can share their expertise and knowledge, make new connections, voice their opinions openly and enjoy fine dining at its best.
We are not a conventional networking group and the overt selling of products and services is frowned upon at the dining table. This said, many millions of pounds worth of business has taken place between our members since our launch in 2010.
Membership application is invited exclusively and open to business owners, managing & company directors, chairpersons, and CEOs.

The Groucho Club is a private members club open to men and women formed in 1985.
Dreamt up by a group of publishers as an alternative to stuffy gentleman's clubs who wanted somewhere to meet and relax, they approached Anthony Mackintosh owner of ‘The Zanzibar' - a members bar in Covent Garden - and Restaurant 192. Tony and his partners got to work and The Groucho Club was created.
Over its twenty-five year existence, the Club has become a bastion and refuge for all sorts of artists. By supporting the individuals and hosting many exhibitions and private views, often asking the artist to donate a small piece rather than take commission or payment, the Club has amassed an impressive collection of contemporary art.
Under the impeccable eye of curator and artist, Nicky Carter, The Groucho Club Collection includes work by: Gavin Turk, Marc Quinn, Ian Davenport, Gary Hume, Jason Martin, Alison Watt, Damien Hirst, Sir Peter Blake, Mat Collishaw, Conrad Shawcross, Boo Ritson, Polly Morgan, Graham Hudson, Jim Lambie, Stella Vine and many more.
Join us for dinner, discussion and debate at what will be our 4th dinner in the private Mackintosh room at The Groucho Club
